Marketing Expert for Crowdfunding Campaign for Medical Expenses

I am looking for a marketing expert/advertiser who can put my crowdfunding campaign in front of donors, not general audiences.

The campaign is to help pay for my mother who is recovering from paralysis and for my brother who is an ex-drug addict.

I am looking for someone who has had experience with crowdfunding before and has successfully help complete AT LEAST ONE SOCIAL CAUSE CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN. Please note that this is very close to me and I need all the help I can get.

I am willing to pay an upfront fee to handle and advertise my campaign, and if we can reach our crowdfunding target, which is EUR 90,000, I am also willing to share 10% of our raised funds as gratitude for your help.
