Maniging social media

I have a company with facebook and instagram and also employees who have created facebook profiles and groups to market our services. I need help with, 1. Look at all the profiles and groups that employees have created, to make them uniform and also that they should have the correct settings to market the company. as if they should have open accounts where everyone can become a member or if a request is required. I am therefore looking for someone who has knowledge in social media marketing who can correct our accounts. Someone who can help get our main page on facebook and instagram up and running
