Manage my social medial channels

I am looking to leverage social media to help promote my business, and I am in need of help managing my channels. I need someone to manage my existing Twitter/Reddit account, and post content that I will provide - such as company updates and content created by me. I already have an existing Twitter/Reddit account, so there is no need to create one from scratch.
