Manage my social media - help give me ideas for content (tik tok, Instagram and Facebook)

Give me ideas on what I need to do for content on these various channels. I will organize a video and photo shoot on my end. Once I organize that I will send you photos and videos for you to upload and you will do research to hashtag and post in a way that engages my current audiences and expands them - the main goal is to convert people to website visitors and paying customers.
