Manage and Improve Facebook Ads for Tutoring Company

Hi, we would like to discuss about a marketing strategy and would be pleased to work with someone who can help grow our business rapidly. Let me quickly tell you about our company.
We are a tutoring company called Cosmos Coaching Centre based in Parramatta, Sydney. We are located in a great location in the middle of a dozen schools. We specialize in Maths, Physics Chemistry and Biology and Tech for high school students. In the Tech classes, students are taught programming, building computers, CAD software, 3D printing etc all in practical. Students need to attend 2 Maths classes + 1 Science + 1 Tech class every week. (Each class is 2 hours) This package costs $130/week which is the least expensive in this region.
Now about marketing, we have been running facebook ads since the last 2 years with ad spends of $25 to $50. It works well sometimes other times it doesn’t. Local parents (mostly Asian and Indian) are shown a simple ad with a send message button. When they click it, our teachers discuss with them about their child, explain them our tutoring and they book a meeting at our campus. Then parents meet at the campus and enrol their child in free trial by filling in a form. That’s it!
Apart from this we are working on SEO for our website www.cosmoscoaching.com.au since almost 8 months. We have gotten quite a few keywords on first page but we are still far from some competitor websites.
So coming to the aim of this letter, new year starts on 21 Jan. We are looking for a marketing agency that can help us come up with a strategy that can blow up the competition and get massive quantities of messages from parents. We are also waiting to expand to primary schools that is year 1 to year 7 and get a new larger campus. This is only possible if our facebook ads are more efficient.
