Job Description: Semi-Senior Community Manager for Baltra Yacht
Location: Jalisco México, with availability to travel to Vallarta, Cancún, or Los Cabos.
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about the sea, the beach, and luxury yachts? Baltra Yacht is looking for a Semi-Senior Community Manager to join an exciting project that combines social media management, customer service, and the opportunity to enjoy our yachts as part of the compensation. Candidates will work in teams and compete for the final position, evaluated based on their results.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management:
- Register the brand and yachts on various specialized yacht rental marketplaces.
- Manage profiles and ensure that information is up-to-date and attractive to potential customers.
2. Customer Service:
- Respond to messages, chats, and inquiries on social media and marketplaces.
- Resolve prospect questions and keep track of sales opportunities, facilitating the rental process.
- Manage opportunities in a CRM system and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain fluid and friendly communication with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
3. Brand Strategy and Rental Scheduling Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team in developing brand strategy and content marketing.
- Work with the operations team to coordinate rental dates and client requirements.
- Implement and execute small content and promotional strategies on social media.
4. Compensation and Performance Bonuses:
- Earn bonuses for achieving objectives and successful closures.
- Enjoy scheduled use of our yachts as part of the compensation package.
- Invite friends to enjoy the yachts and create organic content during these experiences, contributing to more sales.
- Participate in rentals where the client agrees to generate content in exchange for a discounted price, creating attractive content and enjoying the yacht.
5. Content Creation:
- Act as a brand blogger, creating fresh and engaging audiovisual content.
- Capture the essence of luxury and beauty of our yachts through videos and photos.
- Have the freedom to create authentic and appealing content while enjoying the yachts, helping to attract more potential clients and make our offers more irresistible.
6. Organization and Administration:
- Maintain an organized structure for daily tasks.
- Plan and schedule posts and brand-related activities.
Requirements:
1. Passion for the Sea and Yachts:
- Strong interest in the sea, beach, and luxury yachts.
- Enjoy the opportunity to use the yachts as part of the compensation, inviting friends for memorable experiences.
2. Physical Presence and Attitude, Ideal for Content Creation:
- Good presence and confidence in your appearance.
- Comfort and confidence in representing the brand.

4. Social Media and Digital Design Knowledge:

- Intermediate knowledge of digital design for creating attractive visual content.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on results.
- Skills in customer service.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
5. Languages:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Availability to Travel:
- Willingness to travel occasionally to destinations such as Vallarta, Cancún, or Los Cabos.
