Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities of the role:
-Organizing and responding to customer service inquiries via email, Instagram, and Facebook
-Creating social media graphics for the Veriswap instagram account
-Testing for bugs on the Veriswap app
-Helping administrate Facebook groups by approving posts that adhere to group rules
-Data entry
