Looking for a marketing expert/small team

We are an online bidding startup looking for a marketing expert to help us get started in US, mainly in the following areas:
1. Create/Manage email campaign to targeted audience;
2. Create/Manage PPC campaigns, mainly Google Ads;
3. Social media marketing: mainly Facebook
4. Potentially manage influencer marketing (Tiktock)
Ideally you already have a small team to help with the above tasks and generate content.
We'd like to start soon, right now targeting March 1st 2023.
