Looking for advertisers (Google ads Facebook ads ) that can grow my artists brands

I am looking to build my artists' brand through advertising on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads. My target audience is teens and young adults between 13 and 30 years of age, and I have a budget of $500-$1000 to invest in this project.
