Key Responsibilities:
• Provide access to your LinkedIn profile to allow us to manage outreach and lead generation on your behalf.
• Collaborate on professional engagement campaigns (all activities will be handled by our team).
• Occasionally assist with simple ad-hoc tasks, if needed, at your discretion.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Base Pay: $10/month for approximately 1 hour of work per month.
• Pay Increase: After 12 months of successful employment, your monthly pay will increase to $20/month.
• Recruitment Bonus: Earn $5/month for each person you recommend who is successfully hired. This bonus continues for as long as they remain employed with us.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Any additional tasks you agree to take on will be compensated at $3 per hour.

Requirements:
• An active LinkedIn profile with:
• A professional profile picture.
• At least 100 connections.
• Verified identity or the ability to verify upon request.
• Willingness to maintain your profile as-is for the duration of the agreement.
• Agreement to let us manage the profile’s professional activity during the contract period.
