Lift suspension from a company’s Facebook ad account

There’s this startup that started its operations about a year back. They used Facebook for creating ad campaigns for bringing traffic and increasing their brand’s reach. The people working under them were mostly freshers and pretty unaware about how the Facebook Advertising works and what all violations could land your page in deep sea. After repeated ad/post rejection on FB, their business page got permanently restricted from advertising. They also tried making another account but it also got restricted. Their marketing executive also had a word with support regarding the same but they wont lift the suspension. They state that their decision is final. I’ve read about appeals to Facebook, not sure how that’ll help. I need somebody who could help solve this and get the Facebook page active for advertising again.
