Job Title: Jr. Paid Ads Manager
**READ THIS ENTIRE POST TO BE CONSIDERED**
We are hiring for a paid ads assistance who can work directly with my Sr. Paid Ads Manager. He is currently needing help with day to day management of ad accounts for both Google & Facebook. For the right person, this will be a long-term relationship that will turn into full time work. To start, we anticipate 15-20 hours per week. We are a lead generation company, no e-commerce.
You will be reporting directly to him and completing tasks that he assigns to you in a project management system (Monday.com). We already have a proven system that works for the ads we run, so your ability to follow instructions is very important.
Some of these tasks will include:
- Proficiency in using Google Ads & Google Ads Editor to set-up campaigns and make changes in the account
- Facebook ad campaign(s) set-up including audience targeting and ad set-up
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva for creating ad visuals from our templates
You also must:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to accurately follow our SOPs (standard operating procedures)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remove team
- Use our internal Slack communication system
Our paid ads team meets every Monday morning at 11am EST. We would want you to be available for this Zoom meeting. You should be in a quiet place with good camera and microphone.
95% of the campaigns we manage are in the real estate niche. We also have some work in the life insurance niche as well so the types of campaigns we run are for the most part the same, just in different locations within the USA.
If you do NOT have good verbal and written English communication, this job will NOT be a good fit for you. Please record a short video explaining your ads optimization process on both Google & FB. What are the key metrics you're looking at?
