Join 200 Local UK Facebook Groups & Post Advert (Simple Job)

I am looking for a reliable freelancer to help promote my UK business inside local community Facebook groups.
What you will do:
1. Join 200 local UK Facebook groups
Groups should be community-based (e.g. “What’s On in [Town]”, “Spotted in…”, “Community UK”, etc.)
Must be real, active groups with UK members.
2. Post my advert
I will provide one text caption and one image.
You will post the advert in each group once approved to join.
Space posts over several days to avoid spam flags.
3. Forward any enquiries to me
If anyone comments or messages about the advert, simply screenshot or copy the message and send it to me.
4. Provide confirmation
Supply a spreadsheet or document listing:
the groups you joined,
the links to each group,
the date/time you posted in each group.
Requirements:
Ability to use Facebook without triggering spam blocks
Reliable communication
Must post manually (no bots)
UK or English-speaking freelancer preferred (not required)
Deliverables:
200 groups joined
Advert posted in all 200 groups
List of all posts for verification
All enquiries forwarded to me
