Instagram social media expert

I am looking for an Instagram/FB expert who is serious about building followers and likes. He/she would also be happy to create posts for this site. The topic is "car care without water" We have now built an online shop page, which can then be linked. I ask here for professional suggestions. The Kob should last at least 6 months.
