FB and Instagram posting

I am looking for someone to help me maintain an active presence on Facebook and Instagram. The content will consist primarily of videos, as I have already had some taken and ready to post. I would like them to be posted three times a week, with two Instagram reels posted in that same time frame. This would be an ongoing project, so I am looking for someone who is reliable and available to help me stay up-to-date on my social media platforms.
