We're seeking an experienced Instagram growth specialist to help optimize and viralize our existing content across two accounts in the financial investments alpha producing business niche, with a strategic focus on frontier technology, and the business of sports and entertainment and the business of alternative investments . We currently achieve approximately 50,000 combined views per month through a mix of Reels and carousels featuring insightful, proprietary content (e.g., AI-driven sports analytics, frontier tech disruptions in entertainment). Our goal is to replicate rapid scaling like peers who've hit 0 to 90,000 views in one month by refining strategies, boosting engagement, and leveraging organic tactics—no bots or paid followers. This is a short-term project (1-2 months) with potential for ongoing collaboration if results deliver.Key Objectives: Audit our current analytics (via shared Instagram Insights from both accounts) to identify high-performing content and fix stalls (e.g., recent drop-off despite increasing to 3 Reels/day).
Develop and implement a 30-day content calendar: 15-20 optimized Reels/week across accounts, focusing on hooks, trends, CTAs, and SEO for Explore/For You page pushes tailored to audiences interested in AI innovations, frontier tech, and sports/entertainment business strategies.
Drive 2-3x view growth (target: 150,000+ combined monthly views) through authentic engagement multipliers like collabs, shares, and saves—leveraging our unique content for viral potential.
Provide weekly reports on metrics (views, reach, watch time, follower growth) and A/B testing insights for both accounts.
The project is to find the top 10 weekly videos on instagram on each of these different categories:
* alternative investments (hedge funds, private equity, or real estate)
* longevity
* the business of sports
* frontier technology
And then to run an AI prompt using Grok or Gemini against the video to crystallize the meaning of the video.
Likewise, the prompt will be run against a library of hundreds of videos in my possession , about 20 a week.
