Instagram Management & Video Editing

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Instagram Manager to grow our follower base and engagement through engaging tutorial-based content focused on yoga and fitness. You will be responsible for post scheduling, editing reels, and developing a follower growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
-Video Editing: Edit fast-paced reels with quick cuts, following provided style samples. I will supply raw footage for edits.
-Content Creation: Develop engaging posts that attract followers and boost engagement, focusing on tutorials and how-tos.
-Post Scheduling: Schedule posts 4-5 times per week using Business Suite or a similar tool.
-Strategy Development: Create and implement a plan for real follower growth (no bots), targeting our specific demographic.

Requirements:
-Proven experience managing Instagram accounts with a focus on growth and engagement.
-Strong video editing skills, preferably with experience in fast-paced edits or yoga-related content.
-Familiarity with social media tools (Business Suite or similar).
-Ability to generate creative ideas that align with our brand style.
-Knowledge of strategies for growing a real, engaged follower base.

Content Schedule:
-Posts: 5 reels per week focusing on yoga and fitness tutorials.
-Target Demographic: English-speaking individuals aged 27–60, primarily from Western countries.

Performance Goals:
-Success will be measured primarily by engagement rate.

Compensation:
-Base Salary: €30/week
-Bonus: €20 for every 1,000 real followers gained.
-Potential for Growth: Salary can increase to €500+ per month if results show significant follower growth and engagement.

-Contract Duration:
-Initial trial: 1 month, with potential for a 1-year extension based on results.
