We intend to hire a Delhi / NCR based Instagram (Social Media) Marketer to help us grow our Instagram reach - on a project / retainer basis.
Details are as follows:
(1) Scope of Work:
(a) Designing & conceptualisng content for our Instagram page
(b) Improving reach of our page & further leading to better sales through focussed content strategy including but not limited to innovative reels, engaging stories, eye catchy posts & planning live sessions
(c) Creating & testing various Paid Ad Campaigns on Instagram
(d) Planning & executing collaborations with influencers on Instagram for our brand
(e) Driving traffic through SEO / Google ad words to our Instagram profile
(f) Creating an overall 360 degrees digital communication strategy to increase brand awareness
(2) Skills & Experience Required
(a) We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of driving social media & sales growth for any e-commerce company
(b) Should have atleast 2 years of work experience in the field of social media marketing
(c) Looking for an energetic person with creative ideas & the ability to execute those ideas
(3) Deliverables:
(a) A mutually discussed clear roadmap for growth of our Instagram profile -with pre decided milestones / achievables
(b) Impact on sales along with Instagram follower growth - benchmarks will be mutually decided
(c) Imporvement in follower engagement
We are open to flexible working hours / partial employment - but the candidate should have a passion for the work we do & be ready to commit to the deliverables as part of the team.
