Instagram & Facebook shop

Hello,
I need some help to configurate my shop on Facebook and Instagram.
So step by step to be clear:
I’ve installed my shop and catalogue
I’ve changed my site/domain so Instagram says that my domain was not the same so I cannot tag my products
I’ve been trying to change the domain but no so I decided to delete the shop from Facebook business manage
Now I have shopify and trying to connect the catalogue with Facebook but it doesn’t work
It tells me to contact Facebook assistance but they do not reply
I don’t know how to do.. at the moment I don’t have a shop on Instagram.
Can someone help me?
