Instagram / Facebook meta expert

I have an Instagram shop and am unable to upload new items to our existing catalogue. I use meta business suit which has all our channels linked but the catalogue does not show up. When I try to add to the catalogue on Instagram how i normally do it on the app, it tells me to email for a link but i don't ever receive the link. I would really like to get everything sorted so I can continue to use this facility with ease.
