Instagram Advert Help

I am having issues with my Instagram business account (which is linked to my personal Instagram account), while I am trying to boost certain posts.
There seems to be a few posts in the background that also seem to automatically get boosted when I try to boost something new.
When I go to manage my ad, it says no ads to manage.
But then I get charged 4X every day and when I go to the activity centre, I can see that it has charged me for older posts.
I tried to delete those posts from my archive to which it keeps saying there is a network error (which is not true, as I can delete other posts)
This was what I needed some advice and guidance for.
