Instagram Ads Setup & Account Update

I need help with my Instagram account. Specifically, I want to set it up so that I can pay for ads directly through Instagram without using Facebook. Additionally, I want to change my advertising account.

My primary goal for these ads is to increase my followers, and I will be advertising my paintings.
