Influencer Marketing Platform

There are many influencer marketing platforms out there and would like one that connect automatically to influencers in social media, and where influencers can be be hired and paid through the system. The system would also need to have a reporting back end for the user. I am not looking to build from scratch. More than enough open source that there has to be something already done out there that is usable as a foundation.
