Improve and increase Facebook ads spend

We run some ads at Facebook. Our goal is to spend around $250 a day. Facebook is enforcing a limit due to us being a new account, etc. We reached out to them but they said it is a system enforced limit and will take time to increase.

We want someone who understands facebook ads management to take a look at the account and provide us with suggestions.

Knowing Arabic is a bouns since ads are run in Arabic.
