INSTAGRAM ADVERTISING FOR SMALL BUSINESS

Hello!

I have a small business & I'm looking for someone professional to do some Instagram marketing through Facebook business ads.
we can start the work as 1 task (1 advertising) to be made and if I reached the audience that I need we can work on monthly basis.
I can pay up to 35$ for 1 task and if monthly basis I can pay 160$.
please note that I cant pay anything if I didn't see any improvement in the ads.

please reach out asap because I need the ads to be working before Eid (9/10/2022)
