Hiring an SMMA Contractor

I started a Social Media Marketing Agency in the gym/fitness industry and am looking for an experienced SMMA contractor to work with that deals with Facebook ads, google ads and the overall service delivery of the agency. I would also like to see previous successful campaigns you worked on in the past. Pay can be negotiable but will depend on the clients we work with; you potentially get 25% of the profit when we sign the clients and get performance bonuses. You will also be able to work remotely as well.
