Help with Facebook Instagram ads

I have a website divergentlove.com and I want to pay to put ads on Facebook and Instagram to get more traffic but I don't even know where to start. I would like to do the pay per click type of ads if possible. I also need help developing the ad to put up. I've attached the type ad I am talking about. I put a medium project but I know I would have to pay Facebook or Instagram to advertise as well.
