Help me set up FB, IG and Meta center for running ads

Hi, I have existing IG account, along with FB page and Meta account center - I need help to Organize it properly , so that everything is systematic. For some reason I observed that The Reels on which I am trying to Boost are not getting boosted. What I need is someone to come in - check everything and ensure everything is working fine and set up properly - so that I can set IG, FB and Meta on my mobile and easily run Boost as and when I want on Reels in IG and FB as desired by myself. Please read my post before bidding - mostly I have observed persons not reading the requirement and submitting cut-paste proposals. Its a one time project.
