Help to refine my Pinterest account

I'm looking for someone to help me refine my Pinterest account. I need help specifically with the design and aesthetics of my account. I am looking for ongoing account management rather than a one-time review and strategy setup. To help manage this, I am only able to dedicate less than 5 hours per week. The successful freelancer should be knowledgeable in Pinterest account management, including design and aesthetics, content strategy and scheduling, and increasing followers and engagement.
