Help With Restricted Facebook advertising and restricted listing boosts

I am using Facebook a good deal in our business, in the online sales division and it is restricted and I have failed to figure out why this is happening. I am not run any ads or boost market place listings, also It keeps asking me to confirm my identity, I have uploaded my Photo ID Multiple times and tried to confirm my identity via their txt message system several times, but the txts never came through. I Have a real photo of myself as my profile in hopes that this would help them identify me as a real person.
