Grow my tiktok

My current TikTok following is in the range of 1000-5000 followers, and I primarily post educational content. My goal is to reach more than 50,000 followers on my TikTok account. I am looking to hire a freelancer to help me grow my account. The freelancer should be experienced in creating content on TikTok, and be familiar with digital marketing tactics for growth across social media platforms. I am looking for proven strategies that are likely to reach my goals, as well as someone who can provide effective account management.
