Google adwords and Social Media

We have a Beach Shack and a Club in Goa, Wanted to increase Brand awareness, also need to generate queries through social media for groups, birthday celebration, anniversary celebrations to party @ the beach. Need a person who has thorough knowledge of google, Instagram and Facebook rules and to create a marketing budget and to increase genuine followers .. I would request to send interest only if you have 3-5 years experience in hospitality field, must share the portfolio
