French Tutor Facebook Growth

I need help turning my small Facebook presence into a compelling channel that attracts fresh learners to my one-to-one and group French lessons. The page already exists, but it is not active what I am missing is a clear content strategy and consistent (twice per month max) promotion aimed at working professionals who want to sharpen their French for theiw own interests, relocation, or career advancement.
Here is what I am after:
• To be honest I dont know how the market works. So generally I need someone to help me create better my professional facebook account (french tutoring) and to help me promote it to the Greek audience.
