Fix the problem with business Instagram account (cant link it to Facebook page and run adds)

I have the business Instagram account, that was previously linked to facebook page to run the adds. Then I renamed the Instagram account and after that my adds are not running and I can't link it to the Facebook page (showing message that I reached the limit number of Businesses I can create)
What is required:
1. Great new Facebook page (or try to connect to existing)
2. Link the existing business Instagram account to this page
3. Activate promotion in Instagram using the Facebook Adds Manager.
