Fix an issue in my Facebook Manager

Hello!

I've been trying to fix an issue in my Facebook manager and a person before has tried fixing it for me but he did the opposite and ruined the connection of my business Instagram page and Facebook Manager page.
I'm looking for someone who can fix the issue between my Facebook manager account and Instagram account so I can Run Ads!

Please if you done have a very good experience in such things do not waste my time. I have been facing this issue for a year now till I finally found a way to boost my posts through Instagram account only.
I need to manage my Ads through facebook manager and this is the main key of this project.
The photo attached is basically the main issue here. I used my Mom's facebook account (since my FB account was banned for no idea what reason)
I replaced my mom's email with my email (this was 5 months ago) and now FB is asking me to confirm my email address to be able to start running ads. Today I went back to MY email to confirm it for facebook and its "confirm" button is taking me nowhere lol.

I'm so tired of this so please whoever can help reach out!
