Meta / Facebook Business Expert Needed to Resolve Meta Verified and WhatsApp Business Linking Issue

I am looking for an experienced and practical Meta / Facebook Business expert who has real experience handling issues related to Meta Business Suite, Meta Verified, Facebook Support, WhatsApp Business, account restrictions, subscriptions, monetization restrictions, and connecting business assets.

Problem Details:
I have been subscribed to Meta Verified for WhatsApp Business for around one and a half years.
About 3 months ago, I upgraded my subscription to include my Facebook Page. However, Meta later stopped the Facebook subscription. When I tried to reactivate the subscription, only higher-priced plans appeared, which do not match my previous subscription.
After that, I moved both the Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business account to a new Business Portfolio and subscribed to Meta Verified for the Facebook Page. When I tried to add WhatsApp Business to the Meta Verified subscription, it showed that the WhatsApp account was “not eligible,” even though Meta Support previously told me there was no issue and that it could be added.
Later, one of the support agents told me that my account had been restricted because I contacted support too many times, and it seems Meta considered this activity as spam. I also noticed that monetization on my Facebook Page has been restricted, and the page’s performance has become noticeably weak.
