Fix Facebook–Shopify Catalogue Errors
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My Facebook and Shopify shops should already be generating sales, yet a persistent catalogue-match error and a broken Shop button are blocking everything. I have complete product catalogs ready to go; they simply are not syncing or displaying correctly on either platform.
I need someone who understands Facebook Commerce Manager, Shopify admin, product feeds and pixel/data sources end-to-end. Your first task is to track down and clear every catalogue-mismatch warning, then repair the Shop button so it routes customers smoothly from Facebook and Instagram back to the correct Shopify product pages. While you are in there, please review my overall setup to be sure there are no lingering settings or policy issues that could prevent the shop from being approved and published.
Deliverables I am looking for:
• Catalogue match error resolved on both Facebook and Shopify, with products showing “in stock” and approved.
• Shop button fully functional across Facebook and Instagram, linking to the right Shopify URLs.
• My existing product catalog integrated and set to auto-update.
• A short hand-off note explaining what was fixed and how to maintain the connection.
If you have recent experience untangling similar feed or token problems, I would love to get this wrapped up quickly so we can finally push the shop live.
