Facebook profile page deleted -- 2

I deleted a page created on my Facebook profile, and as it turns out my main profile page was deleted also. After some research, I believe that the only way to contact Facebook about retrieving my main profile page is through contacting their help center through the business profile. I do have a Facebook business page created already, however, I am unable to navigate through it to get to the business Center support chat. I need some guidance form someone who has solid experience on this issue.
