Facebook ad manager

I'm looking for an experienced Facebook ad manager to help grow my online business. The ads will promote services that I offer. I do not have a budget in mind for the ads, so I am looking for someone who can give me advice and guidance when it comes to creating a successful ad campaign. The frequency of the ads running is currently open for discussion.
The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of running successful Facebook campaigns, and must be able to provide evidence to support this. Knowledge and experience with targeting, design, copywriting and analytical skills with a deep understanding of the social network’s advertising system is essential. You must have the passion and dedication to design, launch and monitor successful campaigns to effectively track and optimize results.
