Facebook likes management/reachout

Hi, we have several facebook pages in which we have one post in every page that has several likes. But our challenge is to reach out to all those people in simplified way for further communication. If you click the likes button you can see who has liked the post but since there are several thousand likes for many pages...we are looking at an automated way or better way to reach out to them. Please reach out only if you have a solution, this is complicated so need an expert on facebook
