Facebook community management

Hello,
I am a new book publisher.
I am looking for someone to manage a Facebook group page for me.
The group is for mothers.
The content needs to be interesting and engaging.
I will use the group for my advantage to then promote my books about raising kids.
I also want someone who can actively reach out to moms to offer them a free copy of my book in exchange for a review on Amazon.
