Facebook commerce account

We have three physical locations of our business, each with individual facebook and instagram pages, plus a overall facebook page for the company that is not set up properly. All were set up different times, by different people so I am having problems streamlining it all now to have it all work with the new META suite and set up stores to sell on facebook. Accounts are called differently. What i need is to create proper structure to the accounts WITHOUT restarting them because there is a following on them, to make it all work together to start selling on fb. Work with my social media manager to get all account access to get it all properly fixed.
