Facebook advert- targeted with phone numbers

I'm creating a Facebook advert to target new potential customers, for the purpose of promoting an educational product. The main goal is to increase brand awareness among my target audience by using their phone numbers. With this advert I am looking to attract viewers to learn more about my education product, as well as to reach potential customers who may be interested in what I have to offer. My goal is to reach as many potential customers as possible and to create more engagement through my advert.
