Facebook ads expert needed to promote established dropshipping store.

Hi all,
we're looking for a very experienced Fb ads expert, with good english language skills, to manage the ads of a dropshipping store, selling tshirts.
The freelancer chosen must have his/her own VERIFIED business manager to run the ads from, and provide access to us through 3rd party software and proxy (Adspower, for example), as well as use his/her own funding method for the ads.
If you cannot do this, do not bother replying, please.
We will work on a fixed percentage payment system, to be discussed.
