Facebook ads

Hello, my wife and I would like help with our FB/IG ads. We have a network marketing business, and over the years have ran ads but they have never performed like we think they could. We have a website, a funnel, and know exactly who we want to target. The issue is getting an ad going that brings us results; Remarketing etc. We need someone with whom we can consult with and develop ads that will help us scale our business.
