Facebook Ad Specialist for Lead Generation

We are seeking to hire a Facebook Ads specialist to help us create targeted ad campaigns similar to those used by companies like https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100087831682283, which specialise in generating leads for solar panel companies, tradespeople (such as construction workers, plumbers, etc.), and other service-based industries. Our goal is to build ads that effectively target their consumer bases and replicate their lead generation success.
- Primary Goal: The main focus of this campaign is to generate leads. Experience and strategies in lead generation specifically through Facebook Ads will be highly valued.
- Audience: The campaign will be targeting a national audience, so understanding of the nuances of different demographics within the country is crucial.
Project Scope:
Research & Analysis: You will be required to follow the linked Facebook page to study their ad sets which will popup on adds once you follow them and understand their strategies, gaining insight into how they target their specific audiences.
Industry-Specific Ads: We want to create targeted ads for different industries such as:
Plumbers
Electricians
Construction workers
Solar panel companies
Solicitors (in the style of https://legal-marketing.co.uk)
Adsets: Each industry will have its own ad set, tailored specifically to its audience.
Banner Creation: The project will begin with designing high-quality banners for each ad set. We are looking for someone with strong banner creation skills, but may later hire someone to create videos for these ads.
Future Video Ads: The initial focus will be on banners, but we plan to move into video ads for these campaigns after the initial rollout.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Facebook Ads, particularly in creating ad sets for different industries.
