Facebook/Reddit Ad clicks barely turning into traffic

Help me fix an issue where ad clicks on ad platforms (Facebook and Reddit) are barely turning into traffic on my website (https://quizmenot.com). I can see that my ads are generating a good amount of clicks, but my traffic analytics tools are showing only a few people are coming from those platforms. Organic traffic is working fine though (desktop and mobile).

In HotJar (image below), the landing pages (right-side column) start with 'fbclid' for Facebook traffic and 'rdt_cid' for Reddit traffic.
