Facebook - Pixel, Catalogue and instant Experience Ads

I am looking for a freelancer to setup our event (pixel etc), setup and fix existing audience and fix Catalogue, and create 4 instant experience ads, TEACHING us how to do the create the instant experience ads as well. Connect our facebook shop to our website, so people can access our shop section when they check our website.
Our website do not have online sale/cart but only a static one.
Proposal to enhance our existing ads campagne would be welcome as an additional project.
Only bid which provide the code in the specs.txt file will be considered. Others will be automatically rejected.
