Facebook Pixel & Ad Account Management

I need help with my Facebook Pixel and Ad Account management.

Key Project Requirements:
- Move the existing Facebook Pixel to another ad account permanently
- Consolidate two separate businesses' Facebook and Instagram accounts to be managed under one ad account

Please note that the details regarding the current access to Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as the login credentials for the current ad account where the pixel is located, are not available at the moment.
