Facebook Page Reinstatement

We are the owners of a FB page with about 2.8K followers. One of our admins had their profile hacked and the page was made inaccessible to the other admins. The admin who had his profile hacked managed to get his profile back, but we never got access to the page again. It seems the hacker wasn't able to do anything with the page, but it just sits there in limbo. We have all kinds of proof that the page was created by us and accurately represents our business ( 2 local real estate agents ) but have had no success with Meta. We are willing to open an advertising account and spend money with Meta and of course, pay a professional fee to help us get back the page.
